RoHS Statement

Arroyo Instruments products are classified within the RoHS (2002/95/EC) as Category 9: Monitoring and Control Equipment, and are therefore exempted from restrictions under the scope of the directive. It must be noted, however, that the instruments are not exempt under the WEEE Directive (2002/96/EC).

Arroyo Instruments plans to be fully RoHS compliant by 31 December, 2007 even though the directive does not require it. Of course, if the directive exemption changes to a requirement, Arroyo Instruments would comply with the directive in a timely manner. Any integration of Arroyo Instruments products into a system is the responsibility of the customer to comply with the requirements of the directives.
