For higher power applications, the new 4300 Series LaserSource benchtop laser diode drivers, available in 2A, 4A, 8A and 20A current ranges, provide higher currents than our 4200 Series, but with all the same advancements and laser diode protection.

The LaserSource has unique features not found on competing products such as: optically isolated photodiode and modulation inputs, programmable PD bias, and a constant voltage control mode.  The LaserSource also has laser diode protection circuits such as interlock, ESD protection, and hardware limits for current and voltage.

Need to operate in Quasi-CW (QCW) mode? The LaserSource has an optional QCW mode that supports pulse widths as narrow as 100us. Trigger in and trigger out BNCs allow for up and down stream synchronization with other instruments.
