Refund and Returns Policy

Arroyo Instruments stands behind the quality and performance
of its products and services.  Stock items are eligible for return and
full refund if they are returned unopened and unused within 30 days of the
invoice date.  All returns must be approved by Arroyo Instruments and
return shipment referencing a valid RMA number.  Restocking fees may apply
to product returns based upon the order quantity and product condition. 
Non-standard product configurations are not eligible for return or refund.
