240 Series LaserMounts

The 240 Series LaserMounts support C-Mount, HHL, and TO-3 devices for high performance and long term operation. All mounts feature solderless connections and an integrated fan for maximum thermal performance. Each fixture includes a removable pedestal, and is easily mounting to an optical table.

240 SERIES FEATURES

The 240 Series LaserMounts are designed to provide high performance and long term operation. Supporting C-Mount, HHL, and TO-3 devices, the 240 Series is an excellent way to connect to and thermally manage your device.

All mounts feature solderless connections for quick setup, and an integrated fan for maximum thermal performance.

Each 240 Series mount is a post-mounted fixture, and a pedestal is included with the mount. For custom applications, the pedestal can be removed, and both ¼-20 and M4 threaded holes are provided on the bottom of the mount.

COPPER COLD PLATE (MODEL 242)

100% copper cold-plate with mounting holes for common lasers and LEDs. Hard nickel plating for maximum performance and scratch resistance.

WIRE-FREE CONFIGURATIONS

Connect to the laser device without soldering or wiring.

PASSIVE COOLING (MODEL 244 & 246)

Take advantage of the 0.5ºC-per-Watt cooling efficiency of Models 244 and 246 to maintain low package temperatures.

ACTIVE HEATING AND COOLING (MODEL 242)

The 246 LaserMount includes a built-in Peltier device and temperature sensor for bi-polar temperature control.

NITROGEN PURGE (MODEL 242)

The included 1/8″ barbed nozzle adapts to a nitrogen supply to eliminate condensation around the laser device during low-temperature operation.

STANDARDIZED CABLE CONNECTORS

Connect to Arroyo Instruments laser drivers and temperature controllers with standard DB-9 and DB-15 cables.
