274 TECMOUNT FEATURES

The 274 TECMount offers excellent cooling performance in a small footprint. By employing water cooling, the 274 achieves up to 180W cooling capacity when using 20C water (even more capacity with lower water temperatures).

The 274 is an actively cooled mount, which means there is an integrated TEC to precisely control the plate temperature. The cold plate is hard nickel-plated copper for maximum thermal performance.

Water cooling enables a small form factor by using water, instead of air, to remove the waste heat from the system. Because the plate is actively cooled with a TEC, actual water temperature is not critical, although lower water temperatures does increase thermal capacity of the mount.

ACTIVE HEATING AND COOLING

The 274 LaserMount includes a build-in Peltier device and temperature sensor for bi-polar temperature control, up to 180 Watts.

CUSTOMIZABLE COPPER COLD PLATE

100% copper cold-plate with mounting holes for common lasers and LEDs. Hard nickel plating for maximum performance and scratch resistance. Custom mounting configuration available.

TEMPERATURE SENSOR SWITCH

Does your device have an onboard temperature sensor? Flip a switch to bypass the mount’s cold plate sensor and send the signal directly to your temperature controller.
